Advisory Retainer - $3,000 + GST per month
Ongoing independent perspective without a formal board role.
Includes a monthly governance check-in call, quarterly half-day session and on-call access for time-sensitive matters.
No re-briefing. Continuity of context.
Board Advisory Role - $5,000 + GST per month
Formal independent advisory presence.
Attendance at board or ownership meetings, pre-meeting review, structured challenge and direct access between meetings.
Both arrangements have an initial three-month minimum.
