I'm an independent facilitator - but what's different is where my perspective comes from.
I'm a fourth-generation family business member, a founder, and someone who built and sold a national business to a Fortune 500 company - with a decade of deals alongside it, and the personal weight that comes with building something through difficult times. I've sat in the rooms my clients are sitting in. I understand why these situations are hard, not just how to structure them.
I'm not a professional director and I don't make decisions on behalf of ownership groups or boards. My role is to create the conditions where the right people can decide with clarity and confidence.
That combination - lived ownership experience and independent facilitation - is what Generations is built on.
